The early foundation in software engineering and web design

OmahTI is UGM’s premier student-run software engineering and computer science community, functioning as an incubator for developers, UI/UX designers, and data researchers within the Department of Computer Science and Electronics.

Joining OmahTI at the beginning of my undergraduate studies provided the foundational sandbox where theoretical coursework in algorithms and data structures met practical, hands-on web engineering and design execution.

OmahTI Learning Center: Democratizing data & AI

A key milestone during my tenure was helping organize the OmahTI Learning Center—a structured workshop series designed to introduce fellow undergraduates to data mining, predictive analytics, and machine learning principles.

By coordinating curriculum schedules, speaker logistics, and hands-on laboratory exercises, our team helped demystify practical data workflows for dozens of participating students.

From lab workshops to real-world software delivery

The collaborative culture at OmahTI—characterized by peer code reviews, design critiques, and agile teamwork—laid the groundwork for how I approached product management and digital transformation in subsequent enterprise roles and agency initiatives.
