Directed the end-to-end digital transformation of Yuan Garden Hotel’s web presence. The objective was to replace a legacy, fragmented website with a high-performance, mobile-optimized bilingual portal capable of showcasing extensive hotel amenities, room suites, wedding packages, and direct booking integrations.

The hotel required a massive content architecture spanning over 120 custom-designed pages in both English and Indonesian, alongside seamless integration with third-party hotel management and booking reservation engines.
